Our selected clientele tend to be quiet and professional; we also enforce good-neighbor policies through strict adherence to house rules. We do not allow pets, parties or weekend warriors. We find this allows us to partner well with local landlords as we seek to provide clean, safe, affordable lodging.

We serve business professionals who travel to the area frequently and for specific periods of time, typically in sales or management. Most often, they are attending industry events or training at a local convention center or corporate office. Like many, these professionals often prefer to stay in a quiet private location they can control, rather than in a chaotic hotel.

RELOCATING FAMILIES

People move all the time. Sometimes through choice, but often through outside circumstance. We host those families who need temporary housing due to the destruction of their primary residence, work relocation, or waiting for a new house to be constructed.

MEDICAL TRAVELERS

We serve two distinct travelers in this category. We serve the needs of families who have a loved one receiving extended medical care from a local medical facility. These families often wish to remain close to take care of their loved one and often require a kitchen to meet special dietary needs.

The other medical traveler we encounter is the medical professional, such as traveling nurses or physicians. Much like the business traveler, these professionals are often partaking in specialty training or are assigned to provide care at a nearby medical facility.

OUR PROPERTIES

Our guests enjoy the benefits of a luxury apartment with hotel-like perks. Our housekeeping staff regularly cleans and sanitizes each unit, changes linens and restocks toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.

Our staff is available to assist with any questions or issues. We provide conveniences such as eating utensils and dinnerware as well as instructional guides for accessing the internet, parking and other household essentials.

OUR PROCESS

To best serve our clientele, we look for properties conveniently located near convention centers, corporate offices, business trade schools and esteemed medical centers. We then work with quality landlords in those areas to provide safe & affordable accommodations.

Our team reviews all market-specific rental and zoning laws. We then, assess the financial viability of alliance for all parties and determine if your property is a good fit. Upon onboarding, Graystone’s in-house professional design team customizes each space with luxury designs & furnishings.
